I created Ohana Fitness Coaching to help your family get active and be aware of your body to avoid injury. I offer whole family boot camps, 1:1 coaching or small group boot camps. Family Fitness Coaching

Get active with your family! Shake off those Covid cobwebs, getoutside together and start moving! We’ll incorporate family time with reaching physical goals. Goals are far more likely to be achieved when families are in it together.

Boot Camps

I love coaching boot camps! Working out together helps boost motivation and fun. Boot camps require at least 5 people committed to working toward their goals for six weeks. All boot camp sessions will include corrective stretches and exercises to help participants thrive in daily life.

Personal Fitness Training

For those who want a one-on-one training experience, personal fitness training offers a more individual approach. We will work toward your specific goals. All sessions will include corrective stretches and exercises as part of a well-rounded program to get you thriving in your daily life.
